A construction project goes far beyond theoretical plans. From the first excavation, technical challenges, unforeseen site conditions and timing constraints call for an experienced presence. As a freelance coordinator and project manager, I am your permanent technical representative on site.
Fully neutral and independent, I have no commercial ties with general contractors or subcontractors. My sole mandate: making sure your building is erected according to best practice (Buildwise / NBN standards), while strictly respecting costs and the contractual schedule.

In-depth review of the architect's plans, bills of quantities, structural studies and soil tests. We anticipate technical inconsistencies before they block the site.
Active Site Management
Weekly on-site meetings, steering of subcontractors, checks on execution tolerances (waterproofing, insulation, plumb) and continuous adjustment of the critical path.
Acceptance & Close-out
Uncompromising checks at provisional acceptance. Management of retention money, follow-up until every defect is resolved and sign-off for payment of the final accounts.
