2. Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect only: name and company, phone number, e-mail address, project location and a description of your request. No other data is collected. We use no cookies and no tracking tools (analytics, advertising). Your language choice is stored locally in your browser only and is never transmitted.

3. Purpose and legal basis

This data is used exclusively to answer your request and to prepare a possible assignment. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Recipients and processors

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France): delivery of the form e-mails. Data hosted in the European Union.
• Microsoft Azure: website hosting. The form is processed by a server function that does not store your data.
• Cloudflare: DNS and routing of e-mails to our mailbox.

No data is sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Retention period

Requests are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle them, and at most 3 years after the last contact, unless a legal obligation or a contractual relationship requires otherwise.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@kibbit.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels).

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Fonts and images are hosted on our own servers: no request is sent to Google Fonts or any other third-party service during your visit.
